Just got a new Charge 3 and synced it with my computer. the display didn't change at all. It just showed a horizontal white line. I've checked and have the latest software update, according t the website. I use the android platform. Any Help?

Try adding it on your phone and not your computer. I had the same problem with new Charge 3 today and the computer app wasn't recognizing an update and leaving the tracker with the progress bar line that never went away. When I used my phone, the app recognized an update and the progress bar on the tracker advanced until the update was complete and the tracker then worked as it should.

Thank you! This worked perfectly! Odd that it wouldn't load on the computer though.
