Hi, my Charge 3 got a very low battery, so I started charging it. It didn't charge and instead got the smiley face on it. I left it at that for a good 2 hours and then when it was still there, I tried the whole pushing the button for 8 sec to restart the tracker. That gives me that progress bar that progresses fully, but then it gets stuck again. So my tracker goes from smiley face to the full progress bar.
