My Charge 3 was a Christmas a gift in 2019. In April I noticed white vertical lines on the screen. I looked up these issues and saw I wasn't alone. I have tried every reset suggested and changing clock face but it did not solve the problem.
I decided that as I could still see the screen, I could live with it. However, now there is a solid black horizontal line across the screen which has made it unreadable. Again, I have tried all the suggested reboots etc. I do not have the receipt. What can I do? And if I am lucky to get a replacement what guarantee that this won't happen again?

I had a gray screen too with lines. They just offered a 25% discount on a new watch.

I have black lines at the top of the Charge 3 clock face. It cuts off the top of the numbers.
I have changed clock faces, and done a restart. Any other suggestions?
