Hello, since yesterday the display of my Fitbit Charge 3 is showing white vertical lines on positions where letters of digits are visible. The battery is 100% reloaded and restarted the Charge 3 but no improvements.
The display is still showing white vertical lines. This is my third Charge 3 in 15 months. The first didn't work at all right out of the box. The reseller was kind enough to replace the Charge 3 within an few days. The new one worked fine... until after a while the display went totally black.
Even the support team was not able to bring it back to life. Fitbit offered to replace this second Charge 3. And now the third Charge 3 is having issues by showing white lines on my display. Can any one help me with this? Thanks!

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
