My wife’s Charge 3 display, specifically the step counter, is distorted. I cannot seem to find a fix or see any advice on how to resolve the issue.

TIA

Try giving it a restart to see if that fixes it.

Sorry I have not responded back to this thread, but we contacted Fitbit through DM on Twitter.  The resolution was getting a replacement charge 3.   The person who answered our DM’s was prompt and courteous.

thanks

Great news @howdydoody! We're glad to hear that you were offered a replacement. Woman Wink Don't forget that you can set up your new tracker on the currently Fitbit account without losing any previous data:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
