My wife’s Charge 3 display, specifically the step counter, is distorted. I cannot seem to find a fix or see any advice on how to resolve the issue.

Try giving it a restart to see if that fixes it.

Welcome to the Community @howdydoody and @N8teGee thanks for the input. I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked?

Sorry I have not responded back to this thread, but we contacted Fitbit through DM on Twitter. The resolution was getting a replacement charge 3. The person who answered our DM’s was prompt and courteous.
