My Fitbit keeps going to the screen wake and notification page, causing the battery to drain rapidly. I have been on the forum pages and tried all your suggestions, like holding button in for 30 seconds and re-setting device.
I have changed my clock face, and checked for updates, which just gives me the message error update already on device. There seems to be a lot of people having the same problem in the forum site, the septic in me could think it is all a ploy to force me into upgrading to one of your newer models like Apple were found out to be doing.hope to here back from you soon.
