Hi there,
Need some help/guidance with my Charge 3 SE. It was all working fine until last week. The Fitbit still collects my data but the screen is frozen every time it illuminates.
It responds fine to a tap to get it to illuminate but I can see that the second clock hand does not move nor does the heart rate counter onscreen. If i swipe to get to a menu, it first doesn't respond. If I let the screen blackout and tap again, it has loaded the screen so every time I want to operate the features, I have to let the screen sleep and tap it again which takes a long time.
Does anybody know how to fix this? I have tried a reset it plugged in with no luck.It does reset but I don't see the smiley face you are supposed to see. I have tried changing the clock face. I have also tried restarting it from the menu on the Fitbit which takes forever but doesn't solve. I have also let the Fitbit completely die and recharge but it hasn't solve it.
Many thanks,
Anthony.

Display Frozen: I have the same issue. My Charger 3 display is frozen but the time and date are correct & updating. The data is being collected OK on my Android phone. But I can't access anything on my watch. I've tried to reboot by holding in the side 'button' but the Fitbit logo doesn't come up like it does on my husbands Fitbit when he reboots. Please post the answer to this problem.

Hi @GmaSue
I used the live chat function to speak to a helpful member of staff who tried to do some extra troubleshooting with me but no luck.
After that, he sent me an email that basically allows me to get a like for like replacement or 50% off a different device in the range.
I would say contact them like I did. Hopefully if yours can't be fixed by the extra steps, ifnits in warranty then you should be entitled to the same.
Best of luck!

Have you tried contacting Fitbit through the live chat function? I found them very helpful and they sorted it out with a replacement in one session.
Best of luck!
