Ever since I got my Fitbit Charge 3 a year ago, it has constantly shut off even when it is fully charged. In the past week the screen on my Fitbit has become so dim that I can't see a single thing on it, unless I am in a completely dark room.

I did notice after a few weeks of using my Fitbit received it had these white lines at the top of my screen, They've been there ever since. I was wondering if their was anything I could do to try and resolve this problem.
