Still NO Fix for Charge 3 Text notification...

As of today, January 23, 2020, there is still the issue with the charge 3 not receiving text notifications. After EVERY attempt and steps to fix the issue on my end, from uninstalling, reinstalling, unpair, repair, reboot, etc..etc..etc.. The charge 3 still doesn't receive text notification. I'm just looking for or would like Fitbit to at least send out some kind notice to all charge 3 users about the text issue and or update everyone on what's going on, on their end about fixing the issue. There has been nothing from Fitbit on any updates. Sorry for venting here, but pretty frustrated on how this is being handled. No notices, no word, or anything. This issue has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. Now there's suppose to be this EOV on our app, and seems like a lot of people already have it on their app. Except for me, I have nothing that shows any EOV on my app, and I am looking in the right place. I will give it to the end of this month to see if I get any update for my app. Again sorry for venting, but I'm frustrated with this whole ordeal.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I have an android phone with the android 10 version. Text messages were coming through to my charge 3 before I updated my phone to the android 10, now, they are not.

This has happened to mine too and its since my s10e had a system update last week. They were working fine until then. Maybe fitbit and Samsung need to communicate to get this issue resolved. It's only texts not working. Phone calls and calendar notifications are working fine. Have been through every fix option and text notifications still not working ☹

I feel ya, I've done everything as well, and nothing!! It's funny that ONLY the messages app is not working but all other apps and phone call notifications are working! I don't want to switch to another messaging app, because then everyone else, that I text to, would have to switch also, and that's just to much.
