I had a previous issue with my Charge 3 battery and recently had a new one sent to me.
A few days ago, the new one had a black screen. Wouldn’t show anything. I’ve attempted to reset it multiple times and nothing. It was still tracking so I kept wearing it. Yesterday, it began to vibrate continually so I’ve taken it off.
I’ve tried to reset it again today. Put it on the charger in a wall usb.. held the button for 15 seconds, took it off the charger and back on without anything appearing in the face. I’ve attempted to change the clock and sync it... nothing.
Is there any way to fix this?

I got my Charge 3 in July last year and have. I problems u til about a week ago. The screen went black. After reading on these forums I reset it (required several goes) and it was working fine. I has now done the same thing the past couple of days again, and it seems to use the battery really quickly as well. I only charged it the other day and now it is giving me a battery low warning- and I usually only charge it once a week. I had no issues like this with my Alta HR that I owned for several years. Do I need to return my watch?

@DallasRN @LIZ81 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
@DallasRN thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
@LIZ81 Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
@NellyG thank you for your help in this thread.

How did you get them to send a new one? They only offered me 25% off on on. What a joke.

Better do something before a year is up! After that they only give you 25% off!😤

My screen went black today but was still tracking my steps. I did manage to do a reset whilst connected to the charger.
