Like many, my display is almost non-existent on my Charge 3. I did the reset, but no change. I changed the display and no improvement. How do I get hold of anyone at Fitbit to get this resolved or replaced?
Has anyone else started considering an Apple watch as an alternative?

Alejandra,
My display is dimly lit, to the point that U cannot read it. what can I do to get a full, bright read-out again? This is my first attempt to contact Fitbit.
thank you,
Mary
