Charge 3 display getting dim

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have read other posts on hereabout screen being too dim to see. That is exactly the problem I am having. When I’m outside I cannot see my screen at all. It makes my Fitbit almost pointless out running, unable to gauge timings etc.

I have rebooted and tried a long reboot and nothing has changed. I absolutely loved my Fitbit until now, it’s my second Fitbit I’ve had and is 5 months old. Please help me sort this Fitbit... thank you

Hello, I too am having this problem now. It began yesterday morning and continues today. I can only see my display now in a pitch black setting. I have tried changing clock faces but no luck. I have tried the following with no luck either:

Perform a long restart with these steps:

  1. Plug your device back into the charging cable and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  2. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  3. The device turns off.
  4. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  5. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  6. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

I LOVE my Fitbit and certainly don't want to have to give it up.

Hi

I'm facing the same problem with my fitbit from last few days too. I hv rebooted & changed the clock face but nothing seems to solve the problem. This fitbit is a replacement for my old fitbit that had problem with strap & I'm very disappointed with fitbit. It is useless having a fitbit when the display is so dim & hard to read especially during day time. 😏😳.
