The screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 has been disappearing for over a week now. I have tried resets, long resets and screen changes but nothing helps. Even tried letting the battery run right down but that made no difference either.
This one is just out of guarantee now (it was a replacement for my first one which died after swimming within the guarantee period). I am not hopeful but thought it worth asking if there is anything else I can try. Thank you

I too am having the same problem and did all the troubleshooting along with changing clock face & rebooting. This started after the latest update and impossible to see my heart rate when running.
