I have just recharged my charge 3 successfully but the display is constantly flashing showing headings such as DND, sleep and sometimes the correct display ie time, steps, heart rate etc. I have been unable to stop the constant flashing which is unhelpful and annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Shuttleman

Hi there, @Shuttleman. Welcome to the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out. 

If you've already tried to restart your Fitbit to fix the display issues: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you experience this again, as recommended, you can restart your trackers by doing the following:
  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
