Charge 3 display is corrupted

My display has some gradient grey bands running vertically. Contacted Support that offered me 30% off a new device. It seems like every year, right after the warranty expires no doubt that it dies. Since it seems that the device dies every year, I’ve decided to get a Apple Watch but since I also have an Aria scale can I continue using the scale with the Fitbit app even if I am no longer using a Fitbit device?

Hello @Joyland. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for providing your feedback and for contacting our Support Team. In regards with your question, I'd like to let you know that you can step on the scale and it'll give you an accurate reading, but if you want to keep track of your weight, you'll need the Fitbit app on your smartphone.

On a side note, I was able to see that our Support Team provided information and assistance. If you still have additional questions or if you have additional comments, I'd like to let you know that you can reply directly to them and they will be more than glad to continue assisting you.

See you around.

They responded to the part about the Fitbit, but not about whether the aria
scale will still work in the app even if I choose to not replace the
Fitbit.

Please advise

As mentioned on the post above, I'd like to let you know that you can step on the scale and it'll give you an accurate reading, but if you want to keep track of your weight, you'll need the Fitbit app on your smartphone. In this case, it doesn't matter if you no longer have a Fitbit device, you will be able to use your Aria scale with the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps.
