My Charge 3 appeared to need much more charging but then realised it’s the display not the battery.
Started with display getting so dim I could hardly read it to no display at all. Then it needed to be synced with my iPad and iPhone again and issues with it not being found. It does not show a battery icon when connected to the charger. I have read lots of threads and have tried all the recommended troubleshooting. I have restarted and get a smiley face but nothing else. It vibrates but displays nothing. I have changed the clock face - nothing.
When I first got my Charge 3 it had to be replaced as it had the white lines through the display, now back at square one with display issues. So disappointed as I love my Fitbit. This appears to be a common issue so what are you doing about it please Fitbit????
