Charge 3 display not working

My charge 3 has just been replaced and I now have no display, keeps vibrating and now doesn't seem to be charging. Not happy as only 4 weeks old, exactly the same thing happened with my last one. As i have no display I can't do anything,  trying to hold the button down whilst charging does nothing....

I've reported it and as you've replaced it already you can't do anything. I
have no display, nothing is re setting. It's 4 weeks old!
