I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3.

 

If you haven't done so, please try to change the brightness settings to see if there is any improvement. In addition, please make sure Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Fitbit device, please visit this article.

 

You can also perform a restart to your Charge 3 and change the clock face by following these steps.
