My Fitbit screen is going dim and difficult to see. The screen is also not showing steps on the clock face.

Charge 3 Brightness is ridiculous. Letters are to small and brightness tóo dim indoors and worst outdoors

Hey @Mwojenski and @Aduany, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for letting us know about this dim display issue. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit devices and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
About the steps on the clock face, make sure you have one that has this option. If you want to change the clock face, follow the instructions provided in the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
We're sorry for any trouble and appreciate your patience. Let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

Please fix the dim display issue. Once in a while it is bright but I can't pin point any pattern to why it is mostly too dim to see. I also wish we could increase the font if needed on the display.

I've been refused warranty service on two separate trackers in the last three months. One was seven months old, in the current situation the tracker is just under six months old. If they are going to sell items with a one year warranty they might want to build them to last closer to a year

It's been a year ----fitbit has forgotten about us Charge 3 wearers and have moved on to other versions. Too bad for us. it would be nice of a good trade in value for a better version of fitbit since you cannot fix this problem.

No, updates to help the dimness. Been a Year since I contacted them with a promised update to fix. They are letting us down.
