Hi there. My Charge 3 display was showing random dots. I restarted it three times but never got the smiley face. What I did get while holding the button down was a regular buzz and a line that came across the screen. The line disappeared when I unplugged my Charge 3 but the display is dead. How can I recover my Fitbit or is it dead?
