My charge 3 won't show my steps, it only shows how far I've walked (miles). I have to look at the app on my phone to see my steps. I tried looking for a way to change this on the app and on the website, I don't see any way to do it. Help?!

Hi there @sabine87, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to solve this inconvenience with your steps missing on the Charge 3's display.

While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you've tried to change the clock face to a different on? Note that all clock faces won't show the same data, so my first recommendation would to switch to a clock face that shows your steps as a main thing. The steps to do so, can be found at: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

If this recommendation doesn't bring your steps to your Charge 3's screen, could you please confirm if the steps are showing up in the Fitbit app?
