My Charge 3 Display died. The device works in the app but no display. I tried all solutions listed in your helps. But to no avail. Resetting the unit does not fix it. Neither does changing the clock face. How can I reload firmware ? Maybe that would do it.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried, besides changing the clock face. In the meantime, restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article and see if the display turns on.
