Hi I apologize if this has been answered but I am pulling my hair out trying to solve this problem. I have a samsung galaxy S10 and I get email notifications, phone calls but cannot get my texts on my charge 3. I have tried every trouble shooting suggestion i have found and didn't know if anyone has any specific help to this case? Thank you

Hi there @Heather.s, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not receiving text messages from your S10. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting here. 

 

To better assist you, would you mind letting me know if you're getting any error message either on the Fitbit app or Charge 3 in regards to notifications not working? If so, I'd appreciate if you could send me a photo or screenshot of it.

 

In the meantime, please confirm that you've followed the steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

 

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Thank you so much for your response! I have no idea which step was the
magic step, but again after making sure I had done all the trouble
shooting, I started receiving texts! Sorry for the bother, and thank you
