My charge 3 has suddenly stopped working. It has happened before and I have tried the troubleshooting tips and I got it going again but not this time. I have tried restarting it and changing the clock face but it still won’t turn on. When I hold the button for 8 secs it vibrates and the smiley face appears but it still won’t turn on.
