Charge 3 went dim, and now completely black.

Hello!

I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for over a year now. A few months ago, the screen started getting noticeably dimmer, especially in sunlight. I had tried to adjust screen brightness,  it it was already on the brightest setting. Now, the screen has gone completely black.

 

I have searched this forum, and have tried the hard reset methods provided to others with this similar issue. Unfortunately this did not work. I felt the vibrations, but screen did nothing. I had also tried to re-sync my Charge 3 to my phone, but unfortunately couldn’t because I couldn’t see the pin on the watch. Thank you for your time. I hope to start using my FitBit again soon!
