I am disappointed to say I am giving up on Fitbit. I bought my Charge 3 in fall 2018. Since then, it was replaced twice. It is now not working again and support could not get it working. 3 devices in less than two years and not one of them lasted a full year. I like what Fitbit offers, especially sleep tracking and the ability to swim with it. But unfortunately, it is an unreliable product. I don't plan to replace it.

I was wearing it and it keep vibrating for no reason so I put it on charge and it wouldn’t turn on. Then it started working however it didn’t register my heart beat, 20 minutes late it was dead again.
can you help please?!
