My charge 3 is draining the battery within hours - 3 times today. I have tried rebooting it but the battery still drains very quickly. I use the charger that was came with the watch and charge it from the wall socket. I have had the Fitbit since the end of June 2019. I would expect the battery to last for more than a year.
Cam anyone recommend a solution.

I am on my second charge 3, no it didn’t last a year. The latest app update now drains the battery more because you can’t shut off all day sync. I deleted the app on my phone for this reason. I can clearly see from reading posts on this forum that this is a dead end, thousands of people with problems and none are being addressed. I have had fitbits for 6 years, the flex first, none lasted a year, when through 4 replacements, switched to the Aria, one replacement, replacement never worked properly. Switched to charge 3, this is the second one in a year. They lie about battery life, 7 days is someone’s dream. 5 days is the most, now that you can’t shut off all day sync, the life is 3 days. That basically means every 3 days you stop tracking either sleep or steps. My charge 3 was losing charge, plus the date was incorrect and it wouldn’t sync. I got this one in the beginning of July, it is needing charging every 3 days now.
