Charge 3 draining the battery quickly

Hi, four days ago my Charge 3 started to have issues: its battery doesn't last more than 10 hours and it no longer records heart rate. It was a sudden change - nothing significant happened, I just noticed at a moment that it went dead and since then the problem persists. I rebooted, clean up my data, took out all notifications - no change. This morning at 8 am was fully charged; at 4 pm it was at 0%. This is my second charge 3 in 2.5 years; the first one" battery died after 9 months of use. I had this one for 1.5 years.

Hello @Ceb205. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed prior to posting. At this time, I'd like to let you know that there are some factors that could affect the battery life of your Charge 3. For a list of these factors and for tips on how to extend the battery life, I recommend visiting the following help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Nevertheless; if you're aware of the tips above and the battery inconvenience along with the other ones have persisted, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

Thank you, Wilson! Yes, I have tried all the things mentioned but my battery now discharges in less than 1h. I still need a tracker, so I bought a different device that has replaceable batteries.
