Charge 3 erases all data when changing clock face

I have noticed that changing the clock face erases all the data for the day. This defeats the object of  monitoring!

Changing your tracker's clock face shouldn't erase your information. Can you please tell how are you doing this? Is your tracker syncing properly?.
