Charge 3 exercise information inaccurate

Had a 40 minute walk that somehow is now only reading that it burned 48 calories. Heart rate was about 110 and it now counts as no active minutes. It recorded the right calories and minutes when I did it, but now it’s disappeared. The exercise is there but not the right data? Help
