Black lines

I have 2 black lines running horizontally through the middle of my charge 3.  They just appeared one day....any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I’m having the same issue on my charge 3 watch face. The horizontal Black lines are increasing over time. Not sure how serious a problem this is or what to do about it.

I spoke with a Fitbit team member and this seems to be a issue that the charge 3’s are having. All the troubleshoots they had me try have not worked. Waiting to hear what to do next. I have only had this Fitbit for 5 months.

Same problem.  Worsening slowly.  Only in bottom half of screen, so far.  Seems to be working ok other than the lines.

I have the same problem. Just started, but getting worse There doesn't seem to be a solution.
