Purchased the product for Mother's Day in 2020. It starts overheating when charging before the one year mark. I get a new replacement in July of 2021, now this one the screen is distorted and not keeping track. Company says it is out of warranty cause I purchased it more than 1 year ago, my frustration is that the replacement is only 10 months.

I understand the terms of the warranty but that doesn't mean it isn't bs when a product doesn't even last a year. The original one lasted me 9 years.
