After the last couple of runs with my Charge 3 I have experienced problems with the result of my tracked distance.
The distance itself seems correct, but the map function showing my routes are completely wrong! I ran 8k last time and the map showed my starting point and a small route about 60m long, and then finished. The data, heartbeat, steps and distance is correct, but tracked route is completely off! Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions? My Charge 3 have also stopped auto-recognizing activities.
Also if I'm starting to track my run through my phone instead of the fitbit it will not register my heartbeat. I think I read that someone had similar problems.

Hi @KrissyEH, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't provide GPS and map data properly and accurate. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also included some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Finally, monitor your tracker during the next running activities and see if it provides accurate GPS data and map.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for your reply!
I tried re-staring the fitbit and troubleshooting but nothing helps. Tried a run today around a lake, the trip was correct in length, but the map was totally off again.
