Hi

my Fitbit charge 3 screen started randomly turn in and off and vibrating about 6 days ago. I have tried the reset option, letting battery go dead and fully recharging, reloading app. And

every other fix I could find online but to no avail.

please advise how I can fix this or get it resolved. Had it about 6 months I think. \
