Charge 3 floor count inaccurate

Bought Charge 3 a few days back. From the first day it has been counting floors which I have not climbed. Till now i have observed it happening during shower, walk, run, doing home chores. Contacted support twice: got recommendation to restart on my side & then system restarted on their side. But the issue persists.
