Charge 3 stopped at 41% when downloading

Hi @kathvian,

 

Plug the device into a computer and hold down the side button for 10 seconds (I think) and then let go.  This will trigger a reset, and can be helpful when your device freezes.  When you see the smiley face, your device has been restarted.
