My Charge 3 kept getting dimmer and dimmer and eventually went dark. I called customer service and they tried to work through it then acknowledged that it is a known problem they are trying to work on. Well, when will it get solved? Why can't they provide me with another Fitbit? That did not seem to be an option. This fix could never happen.

From what I understand this problem had been going on with many of your customers for quite some time now with no resolution. Can you replace the product with something that works?
