Hi,
I've had my Charge 3 for just over a year now. I've had a few issues in the past which were resolved by restarting the watch. However it glitches to a white screen and then went black when I restarted it. All the functions seem to be working fine (step counting etc) and it'll synch with my phone (Samsung S10). The screen still remains black even when I try restarting it or swapping the clock face, it's fully charged according to the app. I've tried all troubleshooting recommendations but to no avail thus far.
Is there anything I have yet to try?
