Hi,
I have problems with my Fitbit app concerning the notification service.
I am using an Oukitel Android 8 smartphone and a Charge 3.
In the beginning the notification service worked fine and I received all notifications on the watch, but suddenly it stopped working and in the app an error message like 'notification service is not active' appeared. The message told me to restart my phone, what I did several times, but the message didn't disappear and the notifications wouldn't work (except for call notifications).
I disabled all battery optimizations and double checked that all permissions are set, but it still won't work. I even reinstalled the fitbit app several times.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?
