Charge 3 grey stripes on screen

Good evening,  my screen showing grey vertical.stripes.  I have tried to restart manually to no avail.

Heppened to me earlier today, I can't understand why.

My Fitbit will turn 2 years next December and I was planning to upgrade soon, with this issue I might have to upgrade but not with a Fitbit anymore.
