Anyone else got this problem? My haptic button location is only up the top left corner of the watch almost on the top of it, if I need to reset I have to open the two clips and hold down the watch, resetting doesn’t fix it.

If you are talking about on the charger, the side button should be right in the middle of the opening. If it is not, then you do not have it in position to charge. Slide it around until it snaps into place.
