Charge 3 has a black line on the screen

Hey, 

 

Im wondering if anyone can help me? This is the second fitbit that I've had and both times there has been a black line across the top of the screen, which unfortunately cuts across the time. I have done a hard reset and all the things like changing the clock face and nothing seems to be work.

 

Has anyone go any other ideas?
