@LizzyFitbit - i've checked for updates 3 times now, still says up to date at 1.63.5. Changed the clock face to something else, have tried the restart 20 times now and still nothing. Black screen. Funny, the restart thread you said to try has a bunch of people saying that it doesn't work. So that was helpful. Chalking this up to another failed Fitbit unit. Switching to another company.
