Charge 3 has a blank screen. I've tried to restart and change clock face but it hasn't worked.
Is there anything else I can try to fix it?

I have the same problem first time it happened I synced it to my phone and it came back on but this time I can't seem to get it to work the button is vibrating the green sensor is flashing but no screen 😔

Yeah mine will vibrate and the green light is flashing but none of the suggestions have worked. I don't know what else to try.
it will sync with my phone but just won't come back on.
thinking of doing a factory reset but don't want to loose all my data

Same with mine! It went completely blank/dark. I changed the face, turned it off and on a few times - didn't work. The battery is ok, I can see that it's still tracking steps and collecting data on my phone.

It's so frustrating - i can't get it to do anything.
I can't even get it to do a factory reset either
Can you take fitbit's to any repair shops in the UK?
