I've had that happen a couple of times and it's been because somehow in the settings it's got turned to Dim off Normal, or it's turned itself to Do Not Disturb. I don't use either of those settings but I think it can happen because I've touched the screen without knowing. Might it be that?

Hello @Jsmac0219. Welcome to the community forums. @Odyssey13, @MacBett Nice to see you around and thanks for your great input.
@Jsmac0219 Thank you for the information. I'd like to let you know that as mentioned on MacBett's post, please make sure that your Charge 3 isn't in sleep or DND mode. When any of these settings are activated:
To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
I also recommend visiting this thread that contains additional tips and information.
Hope this helps.
