My Charge3 often dims without me changing the settings. In addition, it has recently developed lines across the screen to the point today where I can no longer read the clock face.
I have followed these instructions: "Please restart your Charge 3 as suggested here... If the restart doesn't work try to... If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face."
The problem persists. What are my next steps?
