Charge 3 has gone blank

My Fitbit started off by continuingly vibrating for a couple of days and now has gone blank.

 

I have tried charging it and I have done several long restarts and the watch is still off and not working. The green light is not on either.

 

I am using an Android device to sync

 

This is my second replacement!!!
