Charge 3 is less than a year old (I still have the receipt). Lines have appeared across the display. I've followed the advice on similar posts, tried rebooting, restarting and changing the clock face but it's made no difference. Considering the age of the product I'm highly disappointed and hope you can help? Also, as it's less than a year old does anyone know if I could return it under the warranty and if so, would this be to Fitbit or Currys where I bought it from?
I would appreciate a reply as originally posted on 17th but no-one has offered to assist 😞
