Charge 3 has stopped vibrating

My charge 3 no longer vibrates at all including when I click the side button. This happened soon after I updated my watch. If anyone could help that would be much appreciated.

Hi @CoolKid21, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped vibrating even when you press the side button.

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if it vibrates properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi @CoolKid21, thank you for getting back. Since the restart process didn't fix the issue. I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
  8. Set up your tracker as a new device and see if it vibrates properly

Let me know how it goes.

@JuanJoFitbit sorry for not getting back earlier I thought I had replied. The long restart didn't work (it just did a normal 8 second restart) but I did completely reset the watch. Unfortunately it still isn't working properly.
