Hi @CoolKid21, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped vibrating even when you press the side button.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if it vibrates properly.

Hi @CoolKid21, thank you for getting back. Since the restart process didn't fix the issue. I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

Best Answer@JuanJoFitbit sorry for not getting back earlier I thought I had replied. The long restart didn't work (it just did a normal 8 second restart) but I did completely reset the watch. Unfortunately it still isn't working properly.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
