Have got this Charge 3 Christmas of 2019 as a gift from my kids after a heart surgery. It worked ok for about 3 years until around Christmas 2022. I stopped wearing it while I investigated solutions. In June I discovered that the tracker may actually be working, just the screen was dead. I began wearing it again, and just syncing it everyday to keep track to things. Yesterday, end of March 2024, it stopped syncing. I am dissapinted it has only lasted 3 years, but It is time for me to get a new one. Is there a way to capture the data that has been collected from 2019 to current? Will data be "connected" to a new data set if I get a new tracker?

I've had several FitBits and have retained the data from each going back to 2015.

Welcome to the community forums @hemmjo. It's good to see you participating in the community @Daisy1972.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding data.
As @Daisy1972 kindly mentioned, the data is retained since you created the account even though you change trackers during the time.
If in any case you want to export your data, you can follow the steps listed here: How do I export my Fitbit data?
